Suggest Treatment For IBS And Constipation

I am suffering from IBS constipation above 15 years before three months MD doctor told me that i am suffering from IBS and i have to do yoga/meditation for cure this problem.I have passed colonoscopy test on 15.01.2015 colon is ok.I have used isabgol from two months all is good going but after 06.03.15 once again.I have no pressure in morning for stool and half stomach clear after that mucus come with heavy press of stomach.Can i use rifaximin 200 mg for cure this problem.Please advise i am very upset from this problem no antibiotic work last i have taken rifagut 450 mg twice daily and lactolose but result nothing.email id YYYY@YYYY ,M.No.0000,Vikas Gupta.Thankyou.
