Suggest Treatment For Ichthyosis Vulgaris

Hi I am a 29 year old female and have had symptoms of ichtyosis vulgaris since I was an infant. I have never been diagnosed with any allergies, but I am wondering if a possibility of a gluten allergy might be causing my skin symptoms. I also have keratosis pilaris on my upper arms and outer thighs, fatigue, constipation, and irritability.
