Suggest Treatment For Koch's Disease

My father is of 68 years of age.he is suffering from pneumonia,as doctor says.chest x Ray indicates,inhomogenous soft tissue opacity,bronchitis vascular markings.he is diabetic patient.doctor suspects of Koch disease.please show me the path for the further treatment.
