Suggest Treatment For Loose Round Skin Patches Leading To Bleeding

hallo, a few days ago i started randomly loose patches of my skin on my face,ear, shoulder and leg so far. they are round and red doesn't itch but hurts to the toutch. yesterday it started bleeding on my shoulder without even toutching and it didn't stop for a while. today i toutched my horehead and another one apeared. i have no idea what is causing this but its spreading.
