Suggest Treatment For MGUS, Parkinson S Disease And Asthma

I am a 65 year old female with hx of MGUS, Parkinsons disease and asthma just diagnosed with MAC infection in upper right lobe with nodules scattered throughout both lungs. I m 5 3 and weigh 130 lbs, lived my entire life in an area full of humidity and industrial pollution (southeast Texas) I m trying to get a grip on prognosis and expectations about treatment, (Allergic to penicillin, vancomycin)
