Suggest Treatment For MRSA Outbreak In Mouth

I broke a tooth a week ago . Tooth isent bothering me , but I cut the inside of my cheek bad . Yesterday the discomfort got worse , this morning I woke up w/a fever . Now the outside of my cheek (right where it s cut ) is turning red . I have history of MRSA. Can I have an outbreak of MRSA IN MY MOUTH
