Suggest Treatment For O Lesions

o lesions,, Dr says he does not know ,, but maybe neuropathy so thats what he is treating me for along with heart disease and HBP . I take 1800 mgs of neurotin a day,, for the past 3 yrs,, and it does no geed, This numbness in legs and feet caused me to fall 2 yrs ago and break my left leg. I have been tested for diabetes but they say pre diabetic. Please help if you can ,, this is getting worse as I get older,, don't know what to beleive or think or who to trust any more
