Suggest Treatment For OCD And Depression

my sister has severe OCD and Depression, she is house bound has not left the house in one year. Has not wash in a year. will not come out of her room days at a time. She lives with me. She said she wants help but cannot get out to get it. The OCD has now leading to medical issues. Is there a therapist that will come to the home or do therapy on the phone. Thank you for your help.
