Suggest Treatment For PCOD And Irregular Periods

My name is Sougata.I had undergone many tests such as USG of pelvic & FSH,LH & it has been found that I have been suffering from PCOD.I still have irregular periods with excessive pain on the stomach.I am 25 years old &having weight of 69 kg with height 5".I have completed 3 years of marriage.My question is can I conceive?What are the steps should I follow to conceive.I will be grateful to u if u solve my queries.I am giving u the detail result of my test. FSH-4.72,LH-1.93(PERFORMED ON DAY 2),TSH-4.12,FT4-17.49.
