Suggest Treatment For PCOD

Hi I have a PCOD and I am trying to conceive from the past 3yrs but no result, i have tried IUI but failed. I have hormonal imbalance. My doctor suggested me to go for Laproscopy, I was scared so I went to another Doctor, she checked and even she suggested me to go for Laproscopy. I am worried and not sure whether it will work out or not. I had my first pregnancy 5yrs back and I have aborted it. Later I never conceived. I am taking folinol tab and dupheston regularly as advised by the doctor. Could you please give a solution for me. I have irregular periods.
