Suggest Treatment For PCOS And Endometrosis

I have been diagnosed with PCOS, Endometrosis, Insulin Resistance, and a Low Thyroid. I was diagnosed with all of these by the same doctor which is my OBGYN. He has given me pill after pill to try to help the problems but nothing seems to be working. I think there is something else wrong. My husband and I have been trying for 5yrs to get pregnant but have not had any sucess. Please Help.
