Suggest Treatment For PCOS And Facial Acne

i m 24 F suffering from PCOD n my DHEA-S is vry high i.e 7.55, i have sever acne and marks and even have facial growth.i took Krimson for 2months and now just 2 dayz back started with Aldactone 50mg Zometh - TH 100 mg per day. will i have to suffer with acne throughout my life?i m very depressed because of acne. i use to have flawless skin only this acne and hair growth is spoiling my looks n nothing is working for acne i tried all the ointments and medicine but nothin works. i even took laser treatment for facial hair growth, bt it doesnt work. is PCOD incurable? do i have to suffer through out my life? i can't live with the same
