Suggest Treatment For PCOS And Irregular Menstruation

I have been feeling nauseous (vomiting feeling), headache, dizzy and tired lately even after eating. I have PCOS, my periods are irregular my last menstrual cycle was in August I believe. I am married my husband and I have been trying since 09. Which I did have a miscarriage in 09. I recently took and first response digital test and it said "no". I just was wondering what could it be? It just recently started about a week ago. I am fine during the day then get into mid afternoon and I start feeling dizzy and sick. Could it be my blood sugar or on the verge of being a diabetic? Since my miscarriage I still way the same, but I am overweight 178.08 pounds.
