iam suffering from PCOS FROM PAST 8yrs tried all types of medicines yet no results. i hav hypothyroid its uder control. I am putting on weight( 77kgs, 5.6feet height) inspite of regular exercise, meditations, with healthy vegeterian food, also suffering from gastritis, uncontrollable sleep, acne all over the body especially on face, mood swings.
