Suggest Treatment For PCOS , Rapid Heart Rate And Back Pain

here's my situation.

I'm 16. I had unprotected sex my first(and only) time almost two months ago.

I have a condition called PCOS(polycystic ovary syndrome) so I have about three periods a year.

I was on birth control for about a year and a half- two years, and have now been off for about a year.

I'm having lower back pain, increased discharge, increased heart rate, increased BBT(body basal temperature) which causes me to be feel warmer than usual but most of the time internally. I'm having fatigue and constant exhaustion no matter how much rest/ sleep I get.

I've also had bloating to the point that my work pants do not fit, and have dizzy spells when at work and moving around too much.

I never eat breakfast, and rarely eat a full balanced lunch.

But recently I've been hungry all the time, especially in the mornings which is abnormal for me accompanied by nausea throughout the day that gets better when I'm full.

this subsides also after eating crackers and drinking sprite.

I've also noticed I've been NOTICEABLY more irritable and a tad moody.

I rarely EVER get sick, and when I do it's way different than what I'm experiencing now.

I felt strongly that I was pregnant, but after three negative HPTS(home preg. tests) I am in doubt.

I have had somewhat tender breasts and exceptionally tender nipples along with them seeming a bit heavier and enlarged.

If I am pregnant, I would be about seven weeks. I'm planning on telling my mother tonight so it would be helpful to know by then if it could be something else.
