Suggest Treatment For PCOS

Uterus is anteverted measuring 10.7 x 4.9 x 6.3 cm. Endometrial thickness is 1.8 cm. Endometrial echoes are homogeneous. The ovaries are normal in size. A functional cyst arises within the left ovary. Right ovary measures 2.1 x 2.0 x 2.6 cm for a volume of 5.4 cm. Left ovary measures 3.1 x 2.1 x 2.2 cm for a volume of 7.3 cc. The functional cyst measures 1.7 cm in diameter.
