Suggest Treatment For PCOS

Hi..I am Preetha Vignesh from India, Chennai..I have been married for the past eight months and having problems with my pregnancy..i am diagnosed with PCOS..but my periods are regular with 28 days cycle..I have consulted a doctor and she has prescribed me Metformin Sustained Release, Folic acid tablets, Naturogest tablets..she has asked me to take Naturogest tablets from my 14th day of period for 14 days both in morning and nite after food..i want to know whether it has any side effects and will it cause any miscarriages..Please let me know..
