Suggest Treatment For PCOS

Hi my name is Monica and I'm having some medical issues. I have POS and 4 days ago my ovaries got swollen or inflammed and they were hurting pretty bad. I got fevers and my body started to hurt. Now my ovaries still hurt but not as much but the problem that is bothering me is that now when I have to go to the bathroom to do #2 my stomach burns really bad in my lower abdomen. This problem has been going on for 2 days now but all the pain and stuff started happening 4 days ago.
