Suggest Treatment For PCOS

I'm 16 and I was diagnosed with PCOS about a year ago. I'm about 5'6-5'7 and I weigh around 270. My boyfriend and I are sexually active and we've had unprotected sex quite a few times. The last time he ejaculated without a condom on. I really don't want to be pregnant. Due to my weight and disease, what are my odds of becoming pregnant?
