Suggest Treatment For PCOS

hi im 21 and ive recently been told i have PCOS and my doctor has done blood tests and my prolactin level came back as 567 and the second blood test came back at 898 could there be a reason why its so high and im leaking milk! i had a baby a year ago. my doctor has asked to see me again but im getting very worried! what would the treatment be and does it affect fertility!
