Suggest Treatment For PCOS

hi iam 27yrs old an dgot married on nov2008. i have PCOs and under medication i got regular periods and conceived on june2010. but i got missed abortion on aug2010....i had regular periods with medication till dec210. now iam not under medication and without any tablets my periods seems regular for the past two months(feb 2011 and mar2011). is it possible to get pregnant this month(april2011). please advice..
