Suggest Treatment For PCOS

My thyroid test have always been on low side of normal. Recently my TSH dipped below norm by two diffefent labs, two different doctors, but free T4 was in normal range. Endcrinologist had me perform a sleep test but I don't quite understand the connection. What other lab values would be out of whack with a dx of hyperthyroidism? I am 49, wt 274, ht 5 ft 3 in, hx of thyroid issues in family

I have PCOS, psoriatic arthritis and fibromyalgia
