Suggest Treatment For PCOS

This is Reshma, 26yrs old, height is 5.2 inches, weight is 60kgs. I am suffering from Pcos and thyroid (thyroid is normal as i am taking thyronorm 50mcg daily before food), is there any permanent cure for pcos ? i am suffering from pcos from almost 12yrs? i wont get my periods naturally, Only if i take some medicine i get my periods. Now i am married and i want to get pregnent, I have done all kind of treatments for this, but no luck, Please advise.
