Suggest Treatment For Parkinson S Disease Causing Shivering In Body

my mother have advanced stage of Parkinson disases, she was suffering a lot. She can no even have food and she is having tube feeding through her stomach. I would like to know she can have any better treatement and as soon as she took medince she will do lot of shivering and like epilipsey if she Is not taking that medicine she will be calm. Most of the time she shiver and especially more shivering and she is angry after she took her medicine. I would like to advice.
