Suggest Treatment For Parkinson S Disease

I am concerned about my sister who seems to be declining rapidly. She s 68. She has been diagnosed with parkinsonism . I researched this a bit and found that one of the causes is several medications which she has been on for many years. Her symptoms are lots of uncontrolled muscle movements, slowed speech, reduction in thought processes and in the past month has begun losing her balance and falling. She lives in Dallas and is wondering about finding a doctor who will monitor her getting off all of her medications. Can you suggest someone to help?
