Suggest Treatment For Petechiae In Legs

I have a 9 week old daughter and noticed some petechiae on her left leg on Monday...today she has some on her left leg and they weren't there this morning. Is it possible to have this happen from having circulation cut off while I am wearing her in the carrier? They are on the lower leg only.
