Suggest Treatment For Poland Syndrome

Hello. I need your help. I’m 23 years old male and I have a Poland syndrome (namely, the absence of both pectoral muscles on one side without deformation of the chest). I can’t undress myself in a dressing room. I can’t go to a beach. It is even clearly seen on my shirt. I can’t date girls. The only thing I think about is my defect. I am very depressed. I literally want to kill myself. I want to do a surgery. I heard that broadest muscle of back can be transplanted to the front. On this occasion, I want to ask three questions.1) Is the growth of the transplanted muscle possible in the future, if I train it?2) Is the broadest muscle of back transplanted fully during operation, or only part of it is transplanted (meaning, whether the cavity is formed behind in this case?) 3) Are there any different methods of solving the problem, except of broadest muscle transplantation? May be muscle can be transplanted from some different parts of a body (where cavity is less noticeable)? Or may be some other innovative methods exist?I hope to get your help. There is no qualified help available here in my country. Help me please.
