Suggest Treatment For Post Menstrual Syndrome

My wife aged 40 yrs has been recently detected of hypertension. She had been prescribed medicines for hypertension. Recently she had to be admitted to the hospital twice for not being able to sleep and anxiety. Doctor at hospital had detected it as post menstrual syndrome. Presently is suffering from insomnia and depression. What should be done immediately?
