Suggest Treatment For RA

Hello .i am dignozes RA 200 from last two years..previously i was taking hcqs.now from last 15 days i am taking saaz 500 mg BD..but i am facing sevir pain and swalling ..i want to know saaz is alternative of hcqs , and is it the right medicine i am taking.i am facing the problem of weight ganing...kindly suggest me.whether i should continue or change it.
