Suggest Treatment For Seborrheic Dermatitis Causing Severe Inflammation Of Scalp

Hi there, I v been diagnosed with sebborhic dermatitis on my scalp. I v noticed where it s sensitive in reddish patches is where my hair has thinned. I would like to know what else I can do so it stops becoming inflamed because my hair gets pulled out easy and I m only 23 and now worrying about the thickness of my hair. It use to be thick now it s so thin when wet I can count the hairs. So I m really hoping to seek advise to what I can do to regain my hair growth and die down the inflammation? I have been prescribed this shampoo but it doesn t help with hair gain that I can see. Thanks!
