Suggest Treatment For Strepticoccus

I have had 2 bartholin cysts come about one after the other over the past 3 months. Both times, i got them lanced by a doctor. Yesterday was the second procedure to get it lanced. The doctor called me today and said the test results from the cyst drainage came back positive for Streptococcus. I am now going on antibiotics for that but does this mean if i get rid of the strep i won't get another cyst? And also my boyfriend has been feeling a little sick, could this be how i got the strep down there? These may seem like dumb questions
