Suggest Treatment For TB Causing High Fever And Vomiting

Diagnosed with TB, high fever, vomiting, weakness, loss of diet. Taking forecox tablets. What can be done? My wife is diagnosed with TB. She has started taking 2 forecox tablets in the morning empty stomach. But she is noticing lots of side effects like High fever ranging from 100 to 102 deg and sever vomiting sensation and she is not able to take any food. She is also having body pain ad weakness. I have recently got married. I need to know if these are normal side effects and how to overcome the side effects. She is getting very weak everyday coz of loss of diet. plz suggest.
