Suggest Treatment For Tarsal Tunnel Syndrome

Has there been any new treatments for Tarsal Tunnel Syndrome? I had surgery on my left foot about 10yrs ago which not work so did not do the right foot,but it has gotten worse.I also have no fat padding on my feet so walking and being on my feet has become very painful.Thank you
