Suggest Treatment For UTI And Floaters In Eye

I have had an extremely bad uti for about 3 weeks. I ve been on antibiotics, but I m still not sure if it s completely gone. I ve developed a floater in my left eye, as well as swelling in my right leg. Just unclear as to how long I ll be dealing with this.
