Suggest Treatment For UTI Despite Being Diagnosed With Horseshoe Kidney

Hello doctor, I m 22 yrs old women have been suffering from UTI for past 8 years and in 2006 we have diagonised That i Have got horse shoe kidney through CT ,I often take antibiotics when ever i get UTI , and i undergone dilation ..Do we have have any permanent treatment to overcome it . How often should we dilation .Will horse shoe kidney cause any problem during pregnancy?
