Suggest Treatment For UTI, Light Cramping And Vaginal Bleeding

I think I have a UTI, and I have light cramping and I m bleeding. I have already had two deposit shots and I m due to get Nexplanon on March 16th. I got my last depo shot in December...I was due for another one in March but I decided to switch to a different birth control. Could I be pregnant? Or miscarrying?
