Suggest Treatment For UTI With Vagainal Spotting

hi i have uti that my doctor gyn has seen recently with very sever pain and red spotting vaginal spotting about a month i have become antibiotics but i am afraid the blood will not stop pls help me and inform me if the blood will stop because i am fedup from this spotting i am diabetic and i drink cranberry i read it will help but i still have the abdominal pain pls help me for advice thanks in regard
