Suggest Treatment For UTI With Vomiting

I am 17 years old with a UTI, I havent went to the doctors yet but I know what a UTI feels like because I have them at least once or twice every three months. I am sexually active, taking birth control. I have been throwing up and feeling queasy to my stomach these past four days. I had my menstrual cycle last week, it was regular so this cant be pregnancy. I have a past of kidney problems as well. Can anyone help?
