Suggest Treatment For UTI

I have a UTI but I haven't change any of my usual foods or drinks and I started taking medication for it and when I started feeling better I stopped, well now I started again and the meds seem to have any effect on it this second time, what can I take since I'm not really into taking meds I have not taken antibiotics but I tought the meds were doing great. What should I do?
