Suggest Treatment For A Blister On The Foot

I popped a blister the other day on my foot. It was a clear liquid that came out. I must have missed a bit at the bottom of the blister though. My sister says there is puss in it but none has come out when I tried to pop it again. It feels like a bruise when I put pressure on it and the skin is hardening around it.
