Suggest Treatment For A Broken Nose

Hello, nearly two years ago I was attacked and had my nose broken. When I went to see the specialist he said that the bones in the top half of my nose were broken (which he could manipulate) and the cartiledge at the end of my nose has dislodged. He suggested that as I was left without a significant change in my appearance, I should wait for the bone swelling to go down and then if I was unhappy I should consider sugery as there was nothing he could do about the disloded cartiledge, only the bones. However, since then I have noticed that when I touch parts of my forhead and cheeks I can feel it in my nose, and I have also started to have terrible sinus problems and headaches. Would surgery help these problems?
