Suggest Treatment For A Brown Colored Skin Growth Near The Nose

Hello, I have a small growth on the side of my nose. I recently picked it off and it has grown back it is about 2 mm in diameter, it looks a little brown. It has the appearance of a blackhead, but it isn't. It is raised above the skin. No previous skin cancers.
