Suggest Treatment For A Bump Near The Anus

I have a little hole at the top of my butt hole and it lets out a liquid sometimes when i sleep and right beside it there's a bump kind big on the top of my butt hole and there's a even bigger hole in the middle of my butt hole and it bleeds! can the doctor like do something or is there something i can do to stop it.
