Suggest Treatment For A Bump On The Collar Bone Region

Hi I'm Tina, I have a boney bump on my right collar bone (throat side not arm side) it doesn't hurt much except I have constant muscle pain in my right shoulder and arm due to too much computer work and no exercise. It's about 2 cm in size but I couldn't really tell because it's like part of the bone and I could see that my collar bone is not aligned, the end right is slightly higher than the left collarbone. I am scared if this is cancerous but then I feel extremely okay, no tiredness, sweating, fever, nothing unusual or sickness. I know I should have this checked out by the doctor but I'm in a foreign country and I have a lot of considerations for medical checkup so I want to make sure first of what I should do, at least a little ease on my mind.
