Suggest Treatment For A Bump On The Head

I hit my head really hard on saturday night, i have a huge bumb and my vision was blurry on and off sun and a little mon accompanied by dizziness and headaches. I didnt go to the doctor because i dont have insurance, but my mom is worried. its been 5 days now, i should be okay- right?
