Suggest Treatment For A Bump On The Upper Lip

About Five day ago I noticed this white raise bump just on the inside in the center of my upper lip. It doesn't hurt and isn't swollen around it. I have dipped off and on for nine years i was wondering if you might know what it is. Also close to it but not part of it the skin looks to be a little red and inflamed but really isn't swollen and doesn't hurt just noticed when I pulled my lip back when I felt the little raised white bump.
