Suggest Treatment For A Burn Mark On Chin

I was taking out an light bulb and somehow touch my chin and now I have a burn it s been a day it s brown because I understand that because I had to burn before but I think I touched my chin and it just started you know like losing clear liquid and I want to know I do maybe I had a blister I have no idea what s going on
