Suggest Treatment For A Constantly Draining Pilonidal Cyst

I have a pilonidal cyst, I've never had one before, and I've been to see a doctor about it. He gave me antibiotics and sent me home. Well it kept growing and last night it burst on its own, the stuff it was full of went everywhere and its been five hours and its still draining. What is the best course of action now? what is standard procedure to fix this?
