Suggest Treatment For A Cut In Between Buttock Cheeks

i have a cut (i think) between the inside of my but cheeks on the right side and it wont go. i have been using some cream with no luck. so as u can guess every time i go to the toilette there's blood on the tissue. its only been there for a few days but its getting annoying
