Suggest Treatment For A Cut In The Cervix

A few months ago a guy was fingering me and his fingernail cut my cervix. It bleed quite a lot and for a few days afterward. It was the first time either of us had engaged in this activity. As I was uninsured and unemployed, I didn't go to a doctor and decided to wait and see if it would heal. It hasn't healed though, and instead the laceration keeps re-opening. I now have spotting when I exercise and have spotting about two weeks after every period. The laceration will start to heal then for some reason re-opens resulting in spotting. My cervix also stings during my period and two weeks after when I spot (ovulation perhaps?). I can feel the cut with my finger and the cut stings when I touch it. Do you think it is infected? What can I expect when I go see a doctor? (PS I'm 23, and haven't been sexually active in four years, I had protected sex once four years ago because I was curious).
